MySkyServer is a copy of the SDSS database with a subset of the data as well as all of the web pages. If you have IIS, .NET and SQLServer you can easily run this on any server. MySkyServerDR5 is now availablePlease follow the simple instructions below to install it.NOTE: Dowloading the zip file for MySkyServer DR5 (1.7 GB) will take a long time (more than a few minutes) depending on the bandwidth of your connection. Click here to download the MySkyServer DR5 installation files. After the installation is complete, unzip the files and double-click on Setup in the MySkyServerInstall directory. The installation script will install both the MyBestDR5 database (a 1 GB spatial subset of the BestDR5 database) and a SkyServer Web interface on your server. If necessary, it will also attempt to restart SQL Server and/or IIS. Note that the installation assumes that SQL Server and IIS are installed on your machine.
